Hi, I’m Dondi.

Dondi Partners has always been about partnership. When I started as a marketing consultant in 2019, that meant working with people I respected and generating results through great marketing and strategy. Today, partnership happens through coaching and success is empowering leaders and professionals to build stronger relationships, communicate more effectively, and move through the pivotal moments that shape their careers. No change to Finn and Roya, our dogs, as honorary “partners”, keeping me company and providing happy distractions.

“As your coach, I show up as a genuine partner: invested, honest and focused on sparking meaningful change that elevates your career and your leadership.”

My Approach

Before coaching, I built a career a a leader in major corporations and as a consultant. Strategic thinking, communication, and relationship building were the signature strengths that made me successful in driving results and leading high-performing teams.

Now, those strengths and experiences shape how I coach. Because I’ve experienced some of the same challenges you are facing — creating team engagement, driving change, a career pivot — I can bring empathy, understanding, and practical tools to every conversation.

“I highly endorse Dondi.  She is a transformative coach and leader.  When Dondi and I worked together, her leadership was quickly defined by how she assessed and maximized potential; prioritized the importance of a common purpose and goals; and significantly increased team engagement results to over 85%.  Dondi is insightful, strategic and creative.  Part of the joy of working with Dondi is how she brings out the best in people across the organization and the teams she inspires.  She is a leader and coach who understands the importance of team engagement while building high performing teams.”

A Transition Leader and Strategic Planner

Two things have been true in my career: I can see a strategic answer quickly and if there isn’t a path to get there, I’ll make one. As a business leader I was well-known for building teams, strategies and processes from the ground up. I learned from every win and miss and as a consultant, I used that knowledge to successfully help clients.

A few examples of what I accomplished:

  • Planned and facilitated long-range strategic planning sessions for a $1.5B manufacturing division and led the creation of the first marketing strategy in four years.

  • Formed the company’s first product-sales-marketing partnership for go-to-market strategies. Driving record-setting revenue via 11% sales growth for product launches in a $900M portfolio.

  •  Increased marketing team engagement rate to 86% for a growing engineering firm with $109M in revenue. Created a team purpose, strategic alignment, and an organizational structure.

  • Integrated two marketing teams into a single team with clarified roles and streamlined processes. Increased productivity by 24% and achieved highest department engagement rate.

In my career as a leader, I’m proud people recognized my authenticity, and I created so many trusting relationships. My leadership style has always been getting to know and honor someone’s uniqueness and to maximize their talents.

A Respected Coach and Leader

The same instincts that made me a coach before it was my job still shape how I work today:

  • I was known as a leader who focused on development and coached team members to lead with their strengths. Other leaders recruited from my team so often, they nicknamed it “Target’s Bootcamp.”

  •  As a new manager I was told to “move out” a low performer.  Instead, I discovered she needed a coach and patience. Three years later, at her retirement party, she hugged me and thanked me for taking the time to know her and help her reach retirement.

  • A talented supervisor on my team didn’t get a leadership role she wanted because her quiet approach was considered too “soft”. We worked on speaking confidently, but authentically. She found her style, was promoted several times, and became a well-respected leader in the organization.
